Code of Conduct

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct sets the standard for respectful, ethical, and professional behavior within the Supreme Networking community. It ensures a safe, inclusive, and productive environment for networking, collaboration, and business development.

 

2. Scope

This Code applies to:

  1. All members, participants, and attendees of Supreme Networking events, platforms, and forums (in-person or virtual)

  2. Employees, volunteers, contractors, and partners

  3. All interactions facilitated by Supreme Networking, including online and offline communications

 

3. Core Values

a) Professionalism: Treat others with respect, courtesy, and integrity.

b) Inclusivity: Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment for people of all backgrounds.

c) Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others’ personal and business information.

d) Integrity: Be honest, transparent, and ethical in all interactions.

e) Collaboration: Support positive, mutually beneficial connections and avoid self-serving or predatory behaviour.

 

4. Expected Behaviour

All participants must:

a) Communicate respectfully and professionally

b) Use appropriate language and tone in all interactions

c) Seek consent before adding individuals to mailing lists or sending promotional messages

d) Uphold confidentiality and intellectual property rights

e) Report violations of this Code of Conduct to the appropriate authority

 

5. Unacceptable Behaviour

Unacceptable behaviours include, but are not limited to:

a) Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech

b) Aggressive self-promotion or spamming

c) Misrepresentation of identity, experience, or affiliations

d) Sharing confidential or proprietary information without permission

e) Soliciting others inappropriately or unethically

f) Any form of fraud, dishonesty, or illegal activity

 

6. Event-Specific Conduct

At all Supreme Networking events:

  1. Be punctual and prepared for meetings or presentations

  2. Respect time limits and allow others to contribute

  3. Use mobile devices respectfully during sessions

 

7. Digital & Online Conduct

In online platforms, forums, and virtual events:

a) Avoid inflammatory or polarizing content

b) Do not post or share offensive, explicit, or political material

c) Respect the rules of online groups, threads, or discussions

 

8. Reporting Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct can be reported to:

All reports are handled confidentially. Retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith will not be tolerated.

 

9. Consequences of Violations

Depending on the severity, consequences may include:

a) Verbal or written warning

b) Removal from an event or platform

c) Suspension or termination of membership

d) Legal action, if applicable
